TURKEY AND WALNUT CROQUETTES
Croquettes are always popular. These are very tasty, very easy and also use up not only the turkey, but all those walnuts that no-one had room for after Christmas lunch.

Preparation Method :
- Chop the turkey meat finely
- Mix thoroughly with the stuffing and the crumbled walnut pieces, then bind with the beaten egg.
- Shape into little fat sausages about 2 x 1 in, roll in the flour and shallow fry gently for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally until brown on all sides.
- Serve with crisp green cabbage.
INGREDIENTS
- 250 gram cooked turkey
- 4 tablespoons leftover stuffing
- 100 gram shelled walnuts
- 1 egg, beaten
- 4 tablespoons flour
- 50 ml Cooking oil
