Preparation Method :

  • Cut the turkey into bite-sized pieces.
  • Put the pasta in a saucepan of boiling salted water and cook for about 10 minutes until just cooked but still firm.
  • Drain and return to the saucepan.
  • Add the turkey, drained artichoke hearts and herbs to the pan and place over a gentle heat, stirring, until thoroughly heated through.
  • Taste and adjust the seasoning, if necessary, then transfer to a heated serving dish.
  • Serve immediately.


  • 500 grams cooked turkey meat
  • 200 grams pasta
  • Salt
  • 500 grams artichoke hearts, drained
  • 4 teaspoons chopped fresh oregano
  • Freshly ground black pepper
