Preparation Method :

  • Place each turkey fillet on a piece of foil large enough to cover it.
  • Spread a little crushed garlic on each one. Divide the tomato, carrot and onion between the fillets.
  • Sprinkle over salt and pepper.
  • Wrap the fillets completely in foil and cook in a preheated hot oven for about 20 minutes until tender.
  • Serve in the packages with a tomato.

INGREDIENTS

  • 200 grams turkey fillets
  • 2 clove garlics, peeled and crushed
  • 4 tomatoes, roughly chopped
  • 2 carrots, peeled and very thinly sliced
  • 50 grams chopped onion
  • Salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • Watercress sprigs, to garnish
