HARICOT SALAD

Preparation Method :

  • Place the haricot beans in a large pan of water.
  • Bring to the boil rapidly for 10 - 12 minutes or until soft.
  • Rinse and drain the canned beans. Mix the chopped onion with the tarragon, garlic and oil.
  • Blend in the vinegar and mix with the beans. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.

INGREDIENTS

  • 250 grams haricot beans, soaked
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh tarragon
  • Garlic clove, crushed
  • 2 tablespoon Cooking oil
  • ½ teaspoon vinegar
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper
