Preparation Method :

  • Place the sliced sausages in a bowl and add the spring onions (scallions) and peas.
  • Mix the cabbage and carrot with the lemon juice and leave for 15 minutes, then add to the sausages.
  • Add the orange and raisins, stir in the yogurt and mix well. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve in warm pitta bread.


  • 500 gram sausages, cooked and sliced
  • 6 spring onions, chopped
  • 100 grams cooked peas
  • 200 grams shredded cabbage
  • 2 carrot, grated
  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • 2 orange, peeled and segmented
  • 50 grams seedless raisins
  • 8 tablespoons plain yogurt
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper
