Preparation Method :

  • Trim the mushroom stalks level with the caps. Wipe the mushrooms with a damp cloth, place in a bowl with the dressing and toss well.
  • Leave to stand for several hours, stirring occasionally, or overnight if possible.
  • Grill the bacon until crisp, then crumble. Add to the marinated mushrooms with the parsley.
  • Toss thoroughly and transfer to a serving dish.
  • Garnish with the grapes before serving.


  • 750 grams button mushrooms
  • 200 ml garlic dressing 
  • 200 grams smoked streaky bacon rashers, derinded
  • 6 tablespoons chopped parsley
