Preparation Method :

  • Mix the mayonnaise, yogurt and gelatine in a blender.
  • Pour over the pasta, chicken, vegetables, apple and nuts in the bowl; mix well and chill.
  • Shake the bowl gently to loosen the mould and then turn over into a plate lined with lettuce and serve.


  • 250 grams pasta, boiled
  • 225 grams chicken, cooked, cold
  • 220 grams mayonnaise
  • 2 stalks celery, sliced
  • 220 grams radishes, diced
  • 150 grams carrots, diced
  • 120 grams beans, chopped
  • 150 grams apple, diced
  • 10-12 capers
  • 100 grams yogurt, hung
  • 10-12 gherkins
  • 30 grams pistachio, diced
  • 2 tablespoon gelatine, prepared
  • ½ lettuce
