Preparation Method :

  • Scrub the potatoes clean hut leave the skins on. Cook in boiling salted water until tender.
  • Drain and mix with the dressing while still warm.
  • When cool, add the beetroot, cucumber and yogurt dressing.
  • Mix well, and then transfer to a salad bowl.
  • Sprinkle with the dill to serve.


  • 2 kg small new potatoes 
  • Salt
  • 4 tablespoons French dressing 
  • 200 grams cooked beetroot, diced 
  • 2 pickled dill cucumber, diced 
  • 10 tablespoons yogurt dressing 
  • 2 tablespoon chopped dill
