SUMMER FISH SALAD

Summer Fish Salad is truly one of the best dishes you can prepare at home! It has its ingredients which include onion, parsley, onion, cold fillets, water, salt, Worcestershire sauce, black pepper, celery stalks, dessert apple and cucumber! It can bring its utmost satisfaction into you!

Preparation Time :
30 minutes

Cooking Time :
45 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Put the fish in a pan with the onion, water and salt. Bring to the boil, then lower the heat and poach gently for 25 minutes or until the fish is tender.
  • Drain off the water, then Hake the fish into a serving bowl, discarding the skin and any bones. Leave the fish to cool.
  • Mix together the mayonnaise, parsley, onion, Worcestershire sauce and pepper.
  • Add the celery, apple, and cucumber and mayonnaise mixture to the fish and told gently to mix.
  • Arrange a border of shredded lettuce around the edge of the bowl and sprinkle the chopped egg in the middle.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 kg haddock or cod fillets 
  • 2 onion, peeled 
  • 1 litre water 
  • 2 teaspoon salt 
  • 8 tablespoons reduced-calorie mayonnaise 
  • 2 teaspoon chopped parsley 
  • 2 teaspoon grated onion 
  • 2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 4 celery stalks, finely chopped 
  • 2 dessert apple, peeled, cored and diced
  • 1 cucumber, peeled and diced 

Garnish

  • 2 lettuce, shredded 
  • 2 hard-boiled egg, shelled and finely chopped
