Preparation Method :

  • Put the tomatoes, basil leaves, spring onions and capers in a bowl; drizzle the olive oil over them.
  • Add the sugar and the seasoning; mix gently and serve.


  • 350 grams tomatoes, chopped
  • 5-6 basil leaves, chopped
  • 1 spring onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon capers
  • 2 tablespoon Cooking oil
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
