CHEESE SAUCE

Makes :
300 grams

Preparation Time :
10 minutes

Cooking Time :
15 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Melt butter in a pan; add flour and cook over low heat for a few minutes.
  • Gradually stir in warm milk, and stir continuously till thick.
  • Stir in grated cheese, white pepper powder and salt to taste. Cook till the cheese melts.

 

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 tablespoons of butter
  • 3 tablespoons of refined flour
  • 500 ml warm milk
  • 300 grams grated cheese
  • White pepper powder
  • Salt to taste
