Preparation Method :

  • Combine all the ingredients, except the yogurt and cream, in a food processor and puree for 3 minutes, scraping the sides of the bowl frequently.
  • Pour into a bowl and stir in the yogurt and cream. 


  • 100 grams fresh coriander, trimmed
  • 50 grams flat-leafed parsley, trimmed
  • 4 spring onions, chopped
  • 2 garlic clove, crushed
  • 4 tablespoon lime juice
  • 3 teaspoon toasted cumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Pepper to taste
  • 100 ml Greek yogurt
  • 100 ml double cream
