GARLIC SAUCE WITH PARSLEY

Preparation Time :

Cooking Time :
15 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Crush or finely chop garlic into small bowl.
  • Add pasta to a large pan of boiling water and cook until just tender. Drain pasta and return to pan.
  • About five minutes before pasta is cooked, heat oil in heavy-based pan over low heat.
  • Add garlic to pan, cook for 1 minute or until garlic is soft.
  • Pour oil and garlic over hot pasta.
  • Add chopped parsley, salt and pepper; toss until pasta is well coated. Serve immediately.

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 500 grams fusilli or spiral pasta
  • 200 ml olive oil
  • 50 grams chopped parsley
  • Salt and pepper( to taste)
