Preparation Method :

  • Melt the margarine in a small pan.
  • Add the onion and cook gently until softened, about 6 to 8 minutes.
  • Stir in the paprika, coriander, and salt and pepper to taste, blending well.
  • Allow to cool slightly then stir in the yogurt and chives, if using.
  • Mix well to blend and serve at once. 


  • 30 grams margarine 
  • 2 small onion, peeled and finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon paprika 
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander 
  • Salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper 
  • 300 ml plain low-fat yogurt 
  • 2 tablespoon snipped chives
