Preparation Method :

  • Heat peanut oil in a sauce pan. Stir fry the Red or Massaman Curry Paste for 3 - 4 minutes. Add the coconut milk, vegetable stock, sugar, light soy sauce, tamarind puree or lime juice, coarsely ground roasted peanuts and dried breadcrumbs and stir well.
  • Adjust the seasoning if necessary by varying the amount of sugar, light soy sauce, tamarind puree or lime juice.
  • If the sauce is too thick, add a little milk before serving. Pour it over a pile of mixed salad leaves and garnish with a few mint or coriander leaves and sliced chillies, or enjoy it with sliced meat like the Chicken Satay or other meats.


  • 1 Tablespoon of Peanut Oil
  • 1 Teaspoon of Red or Massaman Curry Paste
  • 100 ml of Coconut Milk
  • 100 ml of Vegetable Stock
  • 1 Teaspoon of Sugar
  • 1 Teaspoon of Light Soy Sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons of Tamarind Puree or 2 Teaspoons of Lime Juice
  • 75 Grams of coarsely ground Roasted Peanuts
  • 10 Grams of dried Bread Crumbs
