Preparation Method :

  • Combine the sugar and water in a small saucepan and cook, stirring until the sugar has dissolved.
  • Remove from the heat and cool. Puree the raspberries, add the sugar syrup and stir until well combined.
  • Strain the mixture through a fine sieve. Refrigerate the raspberry coulis for 2-3 days.


  • 400 grams fresh raspberries
  • 250 grams sugar
  • 100 ml water
