SUMISO SAUCE

Preparation Method :

  • Pour sweet miso paste, brown sugar, sake, water, vinegar, mustard into a pot and set over medium heat and stir until the contents are well blended together.
  • Stir continuously until boiled and remove from heat.
  • The sauce is good for weeks when kept refrigerated. 

INGREDIENTS

  • 100 grams sweet miso paste
  • 4 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 4 tablespoon sake
  • 4 tablespoon fresh water
  • 3 Japanese Vinegar
  • 4 teaspoon hot English mustard
