TANGY KETCHUP

Preparation Method :

  • Heat the olive oil and glaze the cloves of garlic in it with all the spices except the salt.
  • Add the tomato puree and simmer for about 10-12 minutes. Spice the ketchup with salt, pepper and sugar, let it cool down and serve.

INGREDIENTS

  • 500 grams tomatoes, cut cross, peeled, deseeded and pureed
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic, peeled and diced
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cloves
  • ½ teaspoon coriander powder
  • ½ teaspoon Paprika powder
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • Pepper, Salt and Sugar, to taste
