TANGY PEANUT SAUCE

Makes :
200 ml

Preparation Time :
10 minutes

Cooking Time :
15 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Put all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.
  • Pour into a saucepan and simmer over a medium-low heat, stirring, for 15 minutes until thickened.  

INGREDIENTS

  • 100 grams peanuts, chopped finely
  • 2 tablespoon wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon tamari
