CRAB AND COTTAGE CHEESE MOUSSE

Sea foods are best recommended to include in diet routine plan. That is why the professional chefs have been introduced the Crab and Cottage Cheese Mouse, which offer delicious taste. The cooking preparation will take forty minutes and can serve eight people.

Preparation Method :

  • Put the gelatine and water in a small cup. Stand the cup in a pan of hot water and stir until the gelatine has dissolved.
  • Put the cottage cheese in a bowl, add salt and pepper to taste, then stir in the crabmeat, cream and lemon juice.
  • Mix very thoroughly, and then stir in the gelatine. Spoon the mixture into a serving bowl, then chill in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
  • Garnish the mousse with watercress sprigs. 

INGREDIENTS

  • 30 grams powdered gelatine 
  • 300 ml water 
  • 1 kilogram cottage cheese, sieved
  • Salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • 500 grams crabmeat 
  • 6 tablespoons single cream
  • 4 teaspoons lemon juice 
  • Watercress sprigs, to garnish
