HOT CRAB AND AVOCADO SOUFFLES

You can now proudly volunteer to cook a dish in your school by simply preparing the Fish Roe Stuffed Eggs recipe. This dish is mainly made of healthy ingredients and can prepare for about one hour. Your friends will surely love this dish because of its unique and delectable taste.

35 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Grease 4 individual ramekin dishes.
  • Melt the margarine and stir in the lour; cook for 30 seconds.
  • Gradually add the skimmed milk and bring to the boil, stirring, until the sauce has thickened.
  • Add the salt and pepper to taste and the lemon rind, and beat in the egg yolks.
  • Beat the egg whites until stiff but not dry. Mix the crabmeat into the sauce mixture and then lightly fold in the avocado and the egg whites.
  • Divide the mixture among the prepared dishes. Bake in an oven for 25 minutes or until well risen and golden.
  • Serve immediately. 

INGREDIENTS

  • 30 grams margarine
  • 2 tablespoon plain flour
  • 300 ml skimmed milk
  • Salt
  • Freshly ground lemon rind
  • 6 eggs separated 
  • 500 grams white crabmeat
  • 2 avocados, halved, stone removed, peeled and chopped
