Preparation Method :

  • Heat the oil in a pan and fry the ginger-garlic paste for a few minutes.
  • Add the onions with the powdered spices, bay leaves, cardamoms, salt and fry for one more minute.
  • Add the curd and mix well. Add a cup of water and bring to a boil. Add the fried fish pieces and cook for 10-12 minutes.


  • 750 grams Fish cut into large pieces, rinsed, drained, deep fried and drained
  • 100 ml IDHAYAM Sesame Oil
  • 90 grams Curd beaten
  • 3 Onions chopped, fried and ground
  • 2 teaspoon Ginger - garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoon Chilli powder    
  • ½ teaspoon Turmeric powder    
  • ½ teaspoon Garam masala powder
  • 2 Green cardamoms    
  • 2 Bay leaves        
  • Salt to taste
