Looking for the best dish that you can easily prepare on your special occasion? Then, you have to choose the Hot Chili Fish Curry recipe! This is a healthy dish which provides delicious and unforgettable taste. You can prepare this dish for about one hour.

1 hour 30 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Heat the saucepan, Pour Oil, add the curry and chili powders and cook over a low heat for 1 minute.
  • Add the onions and garlic and try for 3 minutes. Stir in the stock, tomato puree and lemon juice. Cover and simmer for 1 hour. The sauce should be quite thick.
  • Stir in the fish and cook for a further 10 minutes; if using prawns, cook for 5 minutes only. Taste and add salt if required.
  • Serve with rice. 


  • 50 ml IDHAYAM sesame Oil
  • 2 tablespoon curry powder 
  • 2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 4 onions, peeled and chopped 
  • 2 clove garlic, peeled and crushed
  • 1 liter chicken stock
  • 4 tablespoons tomato puree 
  • 5 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 750 grams cooked white fish fillets, diced
  • Salt
