Preparation Method :

  • Cut fish fillet bite-sized pieces (nuggets). Drizzle with lemon juice. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
  • In a bowl combine egg and yogurt. Mix well and add rice flour, salt and pepper to taste.
  • Dip the fish nuggets into egg mixture to cover nuggets.
  • Coat it with breadcrumbs for 10 minutes.
  • Heat oil in a pan, deep fry till turns golden brown.
  • Serve hot.


  • 1 Kilogram fish fillets     
  • 50 ml lemon juice
  • 4 eggs
  • 150 ml yogurt
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 100 grams rice flour
  • 200 grams Breadcrumbs
  • IDHAYAM MANTRA Peanut Oil for frying
