Preparation Method :

  • Mix all the ingredients except oil and divide into 6 equal portions. Shape into round cakes and fry in hot oil till golden on both sides.
  • Serve hot with sauce.


  • 350 grams Boneless fish, cleaned and minced
  • 25 grams Onion, finely chopped
  • ½ teaspoon Ajinomoto
  • 2 tablespoon Water    
  • 1 tablespoon Cabbage shredded
  • 2 teaspoon Soya sauce
  • Cooking oil to fry
  • Salt to taste
  • Sweet and sour sauce
