CITRUS FISH WITH GINGER

Preparation Method :
- Put the fish pieces in a colander, sprinkle lightly with salt and drizzle over half of the lime juice.
- Rub in turmeric and leave the fish aside for about 5-10 minutes.
- Mix together the ground spices with some salt and leave to one side.
- Wash the fish under a gently and dry between sheets of kitchen paper.
- Heat the oil in a shallow frying pan and fry the fish fillets until golden.
- Remove with a slotted spoon and sprinkle over little ground spices and squeeze over some lime juice.
- Serve hot with Tomato Rice.
INGREDIENTS
- 750 grams any firm white fish fillets, cut each fillet into 4 pieces
- Juice of 1 lime
- ½ teaspoon turmeric powder
- Cooking oil, for shallow frying
Ground Spices
- ½ teaspoon ginger paste
- Salt, to taste
- ½ teaspoon chilli powder
