Preparation Method :

  • Heat the oil in a large frying pan, add the chillies, garlic and ginger and fry gently for 3 minutes.
  • Add the creamed coconut, when bubbling, add the fish pieces and adjust seasoning with salt. Stir well. Cook for 3-5 minutes, stirring.
  • When the fish is cooked through, pour in the lemon juice, stir and serve.


  • 1 kg thick haddock fillets, skinned and cubed
  • 100 grams creamed coconut
  • 100 ml lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons Cooking oil
  • 4-6 green chillies, deseeded and chopped
  • 2-3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 1 inch piece fresh root ginger, finely chopped
  • Salt, to taste
