The Brill with steamed vegetables requires following three-step instruction, so you will not find it difficult to prepare. Since it is associated with vegetables, you can also maintain your diet routine. So, prepare this dish and you can enjoy your dinner.

Preparation Method :

  • Salt and pepper the brill on both sides, put it in the basket of your pressure cooker with the julienne carrots and leeks. Butter the vegetables (50 grams) Pour 150 ml. water into the bottom of the pressure cooker. Place the basket in the high position.
  • Close and cook for approximately 5 minutes from the pressure cooker hissing.
  • Open immediately, remove the basket and increase the heat and add 100 grams butter. Add the chives at the last minute. 
  • The dish is ready. Serve at once.


  • 120 grams weigning 4 pieces  of brill 
  • 100 grams Leek julienne 
  • 100 grams Carrot julienne 
  • 150 ml. Water 
  • 150 grams Butter 
  • ½ bunch Fresh cut Chives 
  • To taste Salt 
  • Ground pepper
