Preparation Method :

  • Heat the ghee in a pan and fry the onion till translucent. Add flour and fry for another one minute.
  • Add the fish and adjust seasoning, cook for about 5 minutes and add the macaroni along with the stock.
  • Cook till the fish is tender.
  • Then stir in the sauces and cream. Serve hot.


  • 750 grams Fish, cleaned, cut into medium cubes, rinsed and boiled    
  • 1 Onion chopped    
  • 2 tablespoon Tomato sauce    
  • 1½ teaspoon Chilli sauce    
  • 1 tablespoon Flour    
  • 2 tablespoon Ghee    
  • 75 grams Macaroni, boiled in the strained fish stock    
  • 75 grams Fresh whipped cream    
  • Pepper and salt to taste
