FISH BALLS

Preparation Method :

  • Mix all the ingredients except yolk and breadcrumbs.
  • Shape into 16 equal golf balls and lay on a greased baking dish.
  • Sprinkle each with a little grated yolk and breadcrumbs.
  • Top each with butter and bake in a hot oven for 12 - 15 minutes at 190°C / 350°F / Gas mark 5.
  • Serve hot.

INGREDIENTS

  • 750 grams Fish fillets, cleaned, washed, boiled, deboned and flaked
  • 100 grams Cheese grated    
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 2 tablespoon Bread crumbs
  • 350 grams Potatoes boiled, peeled and mashed
  • 2 Eggs, hard-boiled, separated and grated    
  • 2 Eggs, beaten        
  • Pepper and salt to taste
