Preparation Method :

  • Dip the fish fillets in the flour and baste with the melted butter. Lay the fillets in a warm dish and place under the grill for about 5 minutes.
  • Stir the lemon juice into the melted butter, together with the nuts and parsley.
  • Pour the butter mixture over the grilled fillets and serve hot.


  • 750 grams Fillets of white fish, cleaned and rinsed
  • 220 grams Mixed nuts, toasted and chopped
  • 75 grams Butter, melted
  • Flour to coat (seasoned with pepper and salt)
  • 2 tablespoon Parsley, finely chopped
  • 3 teaspoon Lemon juice
