Preparation Method :

  • Mix together all the ingredients, except the tomato slices and lettuce leaves along with the ground masala paste.
  • Grease small moulds and pack the mixture into them firmly. Leave aside for about half an hour.
  • Turn out onto lettuce leaves and serve garnished with tomato slices.


  • 150 grams Fish, cleaned, rinsed, boiled, deboned and flaked    
  • 100 grams Potatoes, boiled, peeled and mashed
  • 150 grams Onions finely chopped
  • 50 grams Cream, whipped    
  • 30 grams Bread crumbs
  • 1 Tomato, sliced
  • Salt to taste    
  • Lettuce leaves to serve

Grind to a fine paste

  • 6 Green chillies    
  • 1 tablespoon Coriander leaves    
  • Salt to taste
