SHAHI ROHU FISH

Preparation Method :

  • Combine the milk with butter, fish and flour paste. Cook on a low flame, stirring till creamy.
  • Add the egg yolks, stirring well as you pour. Serve at once.

INGREDIENTS

  • 750 grams Rohu fish, cleaned, rinsed, boiled, deboned and mashed well
  • 500 ml Milk    
  • 1 tablespoon Butter    
  • 2 tablespoon Flour, mixed with a little milk
  • 2 Egg yolks, beaten with little milk    
  • Pepper and salt to taste
