SPICY FISH MOUSSE

Preparation Time :
2 hours 10 minutes

Cooking Time :
15 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Dissolve the gelatine in boiling water. Add the cream and mayonnaise to it and chill thoroughly.
  • Combine all the remaining ingredients and add the mixture to the gelatine as soon as it begins to set. Chill until firm. Unmould onto a flat dish, cut into pieces and serve.

INGREDIENTS

  • 150 grams Fish, steamed and flaked    
  • 50 ml Boiling water
  • 100 grams Mayonnaise    
  • ½ Cucumber, peeled and chopped
  • 2 teaspoon Gelatine soaked in 50 ml cold water
  • 25 grams Celery finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Mushrooms, chopped    
  • 50 grams Cream, whipped        
  • 2 teaspoon Lemon juice    
  • 2 teaspoon Tomato sauce    
  • ½ teaspoon Chilli sauce    
  • Pepper and salt to taste
