Preparation Method :

  • Combine all ingredients together along with the ground masala paste and divide into equal-sized portions. Pass a skewer through each and form into seekh kababs.
  • Grill over an open flame till they slide off easily. Before serving, fry them in hot oil.
  • Serve with spicy mint chutney.


  • 750 grams Fish cleaned, skinned, boned and minced
  • 2 Eggs beaten
  • Bread slices soaked in water and squeezed
  • Few drops Mint juice
  • Salt to taste
  • Cooking oil to fry

Grind To a Fine Paste

  • 1 teaspoon Ginger    
  • 1 teaspoon Green chillies
  • 100 grams Onions minced
