Creamy smoked salmon and broccoli pasta – perfect dish combination for all! This dish has appetizing ingredients like pasta shells, broccoli florets, butter, whole milk, chopped leek, smoked salmon pieces, herb cream cheese and other flavorings. Its preparation mainly ranges between 20-25 minutes.

Preparation Method :

  • Cook the pasta, until the pasta is tender, and then drain.
  • Meanwhile, steam the broccoli for 8-10 minutes, or until tender.
  • At the same time, prepare the sauce. Heat the oil and butter in a small heavy-based frying pan, then add the leek and saute for 7 minutes, or until softened.
  • Gently stir in the cream cheese and milk and heat through.
  • Add the smoked salmon pieces and cook for a minute or so, until they turn opaque.
  • Combine the sauce with the pasta and broccoli and mix together well.
  • Season to taste.


  • 200 grams pasta shells, bows or tagliatelle
  • 100 grams broccoli florets
  • ½ tablespoon Cooking oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 leek, finely chopped
  • 100 grams tub garlic and herb cream cheese
  • 3 tablespoon whole milk
  • 50 grams smoked salmon pieces
  • Salt and pepper
