This smoked salmon roulade with avocado is rich with healthy ingredients. It is mixed with smoked salmon, conventional Christmas foods with freshness and perfect fragrances. The preparation of the dish is extremely easy and it made easy through following its accurate procedures.

Preparation Method :

  • Mix together 50 % of the lemon juice, the cream cheese and the chopped parsley, and spread the smoked salmon with it. Roll up into a cornet shape and place it on a plate.
  • Peel the avocado and cut into half and remove the stone. Cut the avocado lengthwise into thin strips.
  • Put onto the same plate as the smoked salmon and press gently with the heel of your hand. You will find the pressure will turn each of the avocado halves into a very attractive fan.
  • Mix the remaining lemon juice with the olive oil, salt and sugar, and pour over the avocado. This should not be kept with the cut avocado for more than half an hour. Keep in the fridge under film to maintain its pristine condition.


  • 50 grams of thin slice of smoked salmon
  • 50 gram cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon chopped parsley
  • ½ ripe avocado
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • ½ teaspoon of sugar and salt
