SOLE VERONICA

Sole Veronica is truly a fantastic dish you could ever ask for! It’s ultimately prepared to bring satisfaction to anyone who might taste it! It can be perfectly made as long as its ingredients are completed like ground black pepper, sole fillets, grape juice and white grapes!
Serves :

Preparation Time :
20 minutes

Cooking Time :
30 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Put the sole in a wide shallow pan and pour over the grape juice. Season with salt and pepper. Simmer for about 15 minutes until the fish is tender.
  • Add the grapes and cook for a further 5 minutes.
  • Place the fish on a heated serving dish and pour the sauce and grapes over.
  • Serve immediately.

INGREDIENTS

  • 200 grams sole fillets 
  • 500 ml white grape juice
  • Salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • 100 white grapes, deseeded
