TROUT WRAPPED IN BACON

This trout wrapped in bacon is combined with delicious trout, streaky bacon, chopped fresh parsley and other seasonings. Since this dish is wrapped with bacon, the menu appears more enticing and completely ideal for any types of events including daily family meals.

Cooking Time :
30 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Season the cavity of each fish with salt and pepper.
  • Wind 2 bacon rashers in a spiral round each fish, and then arrange them in a shallow ovenproof dish with the loose ends underneath so they cannot unwind.
  • Bake at 200°C (400°F) mark 6 for 15-20 minutes, until tender.
  • Serve garnished with chopped parsley.

  • 2 trout, cleaned
  • Salt and pepper
  • 4 thin streaky bacon rashers, rinded
  • Chopped fresh parsley, to garnish
