Preparation Method :

  • Marinate the fish with all the ingredients for half an hour.
  • Skewer the fish pieces, grill or roast them on an open flame. Serve piping hot sprinkled with garam masala powder.


  • 750 grams Fish, cleaned, cut into small cubes washed and drained 
  • 50 ml Curd, beaten
  • 2 tablespoon Vinegar 
  • 2 teaspoon Cooking oil
  • ½ teaspoon Garam masala powder
  • Red food colouring few drops
  • Salt to taste 

Grind to a Fine Paste

  • ¼ " piece Ginger 
  • 3-4 cloves Garlic 
  • 1 tablespoon Onion
  • 6-7 Red chillies
