Preparation Method :

  • Mix the vinegar, soya sauce, chilli sauce and bay leaves in a bowl.
  • Marinate the fish in the sauce mixture at least for an hour.
  • Thread the fish pieces on skewers alternately with cucumber and onions. Grill for about 8-10 minutes, baste with the marinade.
  • Serve hot.


  • 750 grams Boneless fish, cleaned, cut into small pieces, washed and drained
  • 1 Cucumber, peeled, deseeded and cut into small cubes
  • 1 tablespoon Button Onions
  • 50 ml Vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon Chilli sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Soya sauce
  • 2 minced Bay leaves
