FISH PIE

Preparation Method :

  • Combine the macaroni, fish, softened butter and seasoning together. Grease a baking dish with a little butter, spread the fish mixture in it.
  • Pour hot milk, beaten egg and sprinkle bread crumbs to cover completely.
  • Finally dot with the cubed butter and bake for about 20-22 minutes in a moderately hot oven. Serve hot.

INGREDIENTS

  • 250 grams Fish cleaned, washed, boiled and mashed    
  • 200 ml Hot milk    
  • 2 tablespoon Butter softened    
  • 75 grams Macaroni boiled
  • 1 Egg beaten    
  • Pepper and salt to taste
