PRAWN PASANDA

Preparation Method :

  • Marinate the prawns with the spicy paste and turmeric for an hour.
  • Dip each prawn in the beaten egg, coat with bread crumbs. Shallow fry till crisp and golden. Serve hot.

INGREDIENTS

  • 8-10 Tiger Prawns, shelled, deveined, washed and slits made on the surface of each without cutting through    
  • ¼ teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 Egg (beaten)
  • 75 grams Bread crumbs
  • Cooking oil to fry
  • Grind to a fine paste
  • Chilli powder and salt, to taste
  • ½ Onion, chopped
  • 2 teaspoon Ginger    
  • 4-6 Green chillies
