Preparation Method :

  • Carefully scoop out the centre of the tomatoes and reserve the shells.
  • Combine all the remaining ingredients and fill the tomato shells with the mixture. Pour one tablespoon of mayonnaise over each tomato.
  • Serve at once on lettuce leaves.


  • 250 grams large Red firm tomatoes    
  • 100 ml Mayonnaise
  • 50 grams Shrimps, shelled, cleaned, boiled, finely chopped and cooked
  • ½ teaspoon Celery, finely chopped    
  • 2 tablespoon Cucumber, finely chopped    
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon juice    
  • ¼ teaspoon Paprika    
  • Chopped Parsley to garnish
  • Pepper and salt to taste
  • Lettuce leaves to serve
