Preparation Method :

  • Heat the oil in a pan and fry the fish till golden brown. Remove and keep aside.
  • Add the eggs, ajinomoto with salt and stir fry until half-cooked. Add the rice and stir quickly to blend well.
  • Add the soya sauce, onions and fry for few more minutes. Serve hot, topped with fried fish and grilled almonds.


  • 450 grams Fish fillets cleaned, cut into pieces, washed and drained
  • 50 ml Peanut oil
  • 3 teaspoon Soya sauce
  • 500 grams Rice, boiled
  • 30 grams Almonds blanched and grilled
  • 3 Spring onions, chopped 
  • 2 Eggs, beaten 
  • ½ teaspoon Ajinomoto
  • Salt to taste
