PRAWN FRIED RICE

Preparation Method :

  • Heat the oil in a pan and fry the chopped onion till golden brown. Add prawns and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
  • Add capsicum and beaten egg and fry till the mixture is well coated with egg.
  • Add the soya sauce and rice, stir fry till well blended. Adjust the seasoning.
  • Serve hot.

INGREDIENTS

  • 150 grams Rice, cooked
  • 75 grams Prawns, shelled, deveined, washed and drained
  • 50 grams Onion, chopped
  • 2 teaspoon Soya sauce    
  • 3 teaspoon IDHAYAM Sesame Oil
  • ½ Green capsicum, seeded and chopped
  • 1 Egg, beaten        
  • Salt to taste
