This surf n turf paella is being cooked with palatable ingredients. This dish contains chicken breast, frozen peas, tomato puree, red pepper, paella rice, cooked prawn and other essential flavorings. Preparing this menu is extremely trouble-free and doesn’t require too much effort.

20 minutes

Cooking Time :
30 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Heat the oil in a large heavy-based saute pan (with a lid).
  • Add the onion and fry for 5 minutes, or until soft.
  • Add the chicken, pepper and garlic and saute for 5 minutes over a medium heat, stirring frequently to prevent the mixture sticking.
  • Add the tomato, tomato puree, saffron and stock to the pan.
  • Stir in the rice and bring to the boil, then reduce the heat and simmer, covered, for 15 minutes or until the rice is tender.
  • Add the peas, prawns and seasoning and cook for a further 2-3 minutes, or until the prawns have heated through.


  • 1 tablespoon cooking oil
  • ½ onion, diced
  • 1 skinless chicken breasts, sliced
  • 1 small red pepper, deseeded and diced
  • 1 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1 tomato, deseeded and chopped
  • ½ tablespoon tomato puree
  • Pinch of saffron
  • 500 ml hot chicken stock or vegetable stock
  • 100 grams paella rice
  • 25 grams frozen peas
  • Salt and pepper
  • 100 grams cooked prawns, thawed if frozen
