Preparation Method :

  • Cook the cauliflower in boiling salted water for about 5 minutes or until quite firm. Allow it to cool.
  • Blend the mayonnaise with the powdered spices, salt and spring onions. Toss the cauliflower and prawns in the flavoured mayonnaise.
  • Serve on a bed of lettuce, sprinkled with coriander leaves.


  • 500 grams Prawns, shelled and cooked 
  • 150 grams Mayonnaise
  • 1 medium sized cauliflower, divided into florets 
  • 4 Spring onions, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Coriander leaves, chopped
  • ½ teaspoon Garam masala powder
  • ½ teaspoon Paprika
  • 3 Green chillies, finely chopped
  • ½ Lettuce, washed and drained
  • Salt to taste
