FISH SALAD

Preparation Method :

  • Combine all the ingredients and chill in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
  • Serve chilled.

INGREDIENTS

  • 250 grams Potatoes, boiled, peeled and cubed
  • 300 grams Boneless fish, cut into pieces and Fried
  • 150 grams Mayonnaise 
  • 1 Onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Parsley, finely chopped
  • Pepper and salt to taste
