Salmon salad with herbs and radishes – What a healthy dish! This menu is made entirely with fresh or smoked salmon, radishes, chervil, and other essential components. Preparing this exceptional dish is really simple and normally ranges up to 10 minutes cooking time.

10 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Preheat the oven.
  • Slice the salmon and place in mini oval dishes.
  • Add lemon juice and olive oil, season to taste. Warm up in the oven for 5 minutes.
  • Cut the chard leaves lengthways, slice the radishes.
  • Toss in a large bowl with chervil, basil, dill and chopped chives.
  • Add lemon juice, chili, olive oil and season to taste. Place a few leaves on the salmon.


  • 1 kg fresh or smoked salmon
  • 2 Swiss chard
  • 15 radishes
  • Chervil
  • Basil
  • Dill
  • Chives
  • Salt and pepper
  • 100 ml olive oil
  • 10 grams chili
  • 2 limes
